Canna Coconut Butter Sous Vide

Our first recipe is a cannabis kitchen basic for calming aches and pains. This easy and simple canna coconut butter recipe using KC Kush will transcend you into a state of serenity. KC Kush is great for baking due to its delightful aromatic experience with notes of earth and pine. Substitute this Canna Coconut Butter in soup, cookies and more!






DIRECTIONS


Strain - KC Kush

2 Cups Coconut Oil

1 ounce Flower - ground up

Instruction:

Place Coconut Oil in a bowl, add Flower, mix throughly and place into Cryovac Bag, spread out flat, remove as much air from the bag as possible and seal the bag.

Cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from machine and place bag into ice bath for 30 minutes. Reheat bag with hot tap water and strain mixture removing the Flower.

Equipment Needed: Sous Vie, Cryovac Machine, Cryovac Bags
