Lemon Poppyseed Loaf



DIRECTIONS



Strain - Ghost OG

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Buttermilk

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

3 Eggs

1 3/4 Cup Flour

1 1/2 Cup Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

7 TBSP Canola Oil

1 1/2 TBSP Canna Oil

2 TBSP Poppy Seeds

Zest of 2 Lemons

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in to mixer, mix until blended throughly, pour into greased 8 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 340 degrees (F) for 30-40 minutes, loaf is done when inserted toothpick comes out

clean.
