Coconut BonBons



DIRECTIONS:


Strain - Power Sherb

1 LB Powdered Sugar

6 ounces Margarine

1 TBSP Canna Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

1-14oz Coconut Flakes - Sweetened

1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 pinch Salt

6 ounces of Chocolate Chips

Melt margarine and Canna Butter slowly, add Milk. Stir in Sugar and Salt. Removed from heat, once it can be handled, roll into balls and freeze. Dip balls into melted slightly cooled chocolate chips, place on waxed paper. Take a small number of balls from the freezer at a time to prevent them from getting too soft before dipping into melted chocolate.
