Asian Salmon Burger
An Asian Salmon Burger with all the fixin's and cannabinoids you could dream of!

DIRECTIONS:
Strain - Gelato
1 Cup diced Salmon
1/4 TBSP Canna Oil
1 TBSP
1 TBSP Ginger - minced
1 TBSP Onion - diced
2 Garlic Cloves - minced
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Cilantro - chopped
1 TBSP Sweet/Sour Sauce
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together except Sweet/Sour Sauce, mix well, form patties and sear in pan on each side until golden brown, finish cooking in oven.
Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 5 minutes, remove from oven, pour Sweet and Sour Sauce over burger patties and serve.
